With over 10 years of experience supporting youth, Veterans, and adults, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach also integrates specialized training in Anger Management, Mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), allowing me to address a wide range of mental health concerns with evidence-based and compassionate care.

Education
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California, where I developed a strong foundation in clinical practice and community mental health. In addition to my graduate education, I have completed specialized training in trauma-informed care and am certified as a Peer Support Specialist. These experiences allow me to integrate both professional expertise and lived understanding into my therapeutic work.
